CIA serves all types of subpoenas.  Difficult service is our specialty. Usually a skip trace (from two sources) is conducted to confirm the place of residence.  A photo is obtained (if possible), as well as information on vehicles owned, and in general as much information as needed to proceed with the service attempt.

With the experience accumulated, after having served thousands of subpoenas over the years, with property authorization, persistence, ingenuity, and a little luck, most "dodgers" and "hard-to-locate" individuals can be served.  Sometimes you just have to sit and wait.  It depends on how badly the person needs to be served with the subpoena.
